There is not anyone I could recommend more than Amy. I've only purchased one other home, about 15 years ago and my realtor was bad. Amy is an excellent realtor. She knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and a consummate professional. She took time to walk us through at least 20 homes, and some took way longer than others. She provided professional and friendly advise on each structure. She was not shy to steer us towards or away from properties she felt we were looking for. She was, often, the firs to find positives or negatives with a home, and make sure we saw them. She took the time to listen and find what our goals and ideal property were and at every turn, felt like she was for for us, and not as other realtors have, like a car salesman. If I buy or sell in the future, I will be looking to use Amy's advice and services. 5 stars is not enough to describe Amy, as a realtor.

I cannot recommend Amy enough to assist in your home search. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I was having difficulty finding a time to meet with a roofer as I live over an hour from the home I am looking to buy. She jumped in and said she would meet them in my place. She takes her time to explain the process, help find lenders, suggest contractors she had success with, etc. She is also extremely patient as I have looked at a couple “difficult” fixer uppers. So glad I found her.

We had just one day to find both properties and Amy set up a great line up of properties to meet our timelines. Every step of the process, she was quick to respond and take action when needed. Her team of colleagues who helped us from offer to renovations has been top notch. Smooth and seamless! I have extremely high standards and expectations for Realtors, as my mother has been one for over 40 years in another market. Amy exceeded our expectations, especially buying from out of state.
